My Path to Photography
Jon Babulic
Growing up in
Northern Ontario
Born and raised in Northern Ontario, I developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors while camping, canoeing and fishing.
After a successful career in the corporate world, I turned to photography as a means of reconnecting with nature.
I studied photography at Georgian College and I have completed numerous programs in photography and photoshop online. To date, I have taken over half a million photographs.

Dedicated to
My Craft
During the summer months, I lead backcountry canoeing photography trips in Algonquin Park in collaboration with The Tripshed.
I also provide individual and small group skills improvement mentoring sessions.
When I’m not teaching, I am honing my skills and pushing the boundaries of my craft to create images that tell a story and evoke emotion.
